    For anyone look for improvements in our running this is a MUST read. For years I struggled to run pain free and feel like I was making any improvements. From working my way up to running pain free for 5km’s to completing my first marathon at the end of an Ironman I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goals without reading this book. Greame Turner certainly knows his stuff.

    So many penny-dropping moments with this book. Anyone who has run for a long time, and has frustratingly reached a plateau in improvement should read this book. I wish I had read this when I started running, as I’m sure I would have avoided injury and frustration. It is worth investing the time into remodelling your running style on this book, as it will ensure you get to run better, faster and safer for many more years of enjoyment.
