    This guy has collated the top 10 tips on generic weight loss into one book - drink water, avoid carbs, exercise etc etc. There is not one piece of useful information in here that you couldn’t get from a google search, and nothing specific to ‘belly fat’ as opposed to general fat. Steer clear.

    I read the book last night, and went for my first run in months this morning and and dusted of my diet diary app. We all know that we should eat well and exercise, but motivation is what we lack. The way this book approaches it makes it seem doable. The only thing that would make it better is perhaps lists of food or meal examples. There are many reference to fruit and Veg, but I'm always unsure of how to best eat more of them. Best advice was to avoid all "diet" things and just eat more natural food
