    This book cuts to what matters — getting results. Doesn’t fill the book with fluff and really breaks the process down and makes it easy to believe you can get results. Mike is also very friendly via e-mail correspondence. He also possesses the kind of ripped, muscular body that he writes about, so he knows how to get results. He’s not some fat personal trainer telling you to try harder. He leads by example.

    What a great resource for the novice or seasoned body builder alike. So many people just don't get it when it comes to working out and this book breaks it down for you. I've had some great gains following similar principles but this book helped to reinforce my beliefs and keep me on target, with a few vital tweaks I have learned along the way.
