    I have never been into fantasy and was a bit disappointed when the story headed into this area however the longer I read the more I got involved and it didn't seem all that impossible. The characters were fantastic, some reminding me of people I have worked with, looking forward to the next book.

    Liked the book and will read your others But my only criticism is that this book sometimes read like the old private eye series " there was a knock on the door. She was 5.10" red head hair, vivid lipstick and a pair of headlights that shouldn't be allowed out in public ". Blah blah. But who am I. Just a no-one, Look forward to the next book

    This was a freebie. It's after midnight and I have just finished this book several hours after I started it. The characters are well rounded, the story was well developed and kept me guessing. I'm feeling pretty good about continuing with the series. If you like strong female characters who are still regular people, this is a very good read.
