Tina is so terrified, she even gives birth to four of her step-father's children without breathing a word. Her world becomes so warped the cruelty she endures seems normal. Until eventually, the tragic death of one of her innocent children makes her see otherwise...

This is the inspiring true story of how a frightened little girl grew into a fighter and finally found the strength to escape the man who stole her childhood.

    Cried with my jaw to the floor this whole book. Definitely worth the read. While extremely disturbing to think these things actually happened, it was a good easy book to read. The author should feel very proud to be able to be so honest.

    Could not put this book down until the end...no way...out of respect to stay by this girl through her ordeal, hold her hand and make sure she safely gets away from there!!! What an incredibly well written, powerful, moving document of the most horrible childhood one could ever imagine...important to have been recorded and shared to bring awareness and understanding, as well as being deeply inspiring!!!

    This book had me in tears numerous times. The strength and determination Tina managed to build from nothing but the pits of hell was truly inspiring. To think that this is a true story is mind blowing. I encourage people to read it and take from it that you shouldn't judge others, you don't know where they've come from or what they've had to deal with in life. An amazing, well constructed, deeply touching book.
