    I have a lot of trouble finishing books because I lose interest very quickly. This one I just couldn't put down! The info in it is really useful & like the title suggests there's no magical silliness involved. It's full of logical stuff that is put simply. This combined with her writing style made it a pleasure to read. I highly recommend it. It's so great it's free! In it there is a link to a free workbook too. I haven't read that yet but am excited to go through it. Best self help book I have seen for ages. Thank you for making it free :)

    One of the best books I have ever read in my 18 years of living. I am so grateful to have had the chance to read this, it has saved me from being unhappy for which would've been a very, very long time. This book reminds you heavily of how powerful the human mind is and how to work with it to push yourself to your highest limits and capabilities. It really opens your mind and puts you in a state of realization that YOU are the only one who can change your life for the better. The author is very engaging, direct and real, in the sense that there is absolutely no bull****. I have been waiting around for happiness to somehow just return but I don't have to wait any longer. This book has saved my sad soul and I thank the author with everything I have.

    The author has a very engaging writing style, and has covered the various causes and symptoms of unhappiness with clarity and insight. The advice given is solid, practical and simple. This is a wonderful overview on steps to take towards happiness, and included references to further reading on many subjects. Just great.
