    Mental health issues in professional sport are so common and need much better treatment. Cousins, for all his struggles, is amazing and inspiring because he keeps on trying to get better. Whether he gets there or not doesn't take away from that.

    I've been a fan of Ben since his Eagles days, the book is an easy read, and gives you a very raw insight to the events that led Bens life as it spiraled out of control. Left me sad for him and his family

    Ben has to be given credit for being so candid. He gives insights into addiction that are both incredibly frank and disturbing. He done a great service in having the courage to write about his life & experience. His honest account shows the power of addiction and how, amazingly he escaped with his life. Really worth a read.

    Interesting read if you like football, I didn't mind Ben Cousins before I read the story, after reading it I realized he is such a horrible person. Everyone has choices, he chose to be a drug user.
