    After reading this book I began drinking more water and cycling for half an hour everyday ( I already eat rather healthily and walk around all day for my job ) in the three weeks since I started I've lost 8 kgs yes 8! I feel great my waist line is looking better all the time and I find I've got loads more energy. The weight training, sleep habits and stretching well I hope to include those this week. No excuses, yes I do shift work, irregular shifts at that ( nights, days and late afternoons all in the same fortnight ) but hey David is right watch out people here I come.
